Short Bio

Learning by making. 


Josephine Seeger is an audiovisual artist, transformational guide and worldbuilder who has been creating for as long as she can remember.

Her journey into wearable art began at sixteen when she first picked up a needle - driven by pure curiosity, relentless trial-and-error, and a quiet rebellion against the limits of conventional clothing. Her early creations were wild, eclectic collisions of baroque, punk, gypsy, indie pop, goth, and faerie aesthetics. Surprisingly, all these years of experimentation led her to the rather conservative German Opera of Berlin where she grounded her self-taught foundations in traditional craftsmanship, certifying as a bespoke tailor for feminine couture. Over the following decade, her path expanded into restoring historic armory in ancient castles and underground performance events, to healing arts festivals and the launch of Dakini Agency. This naturally scaled into dragon-building giant puppets and live events across Europe, Asia, and the US.

As a 5/2 Human Design profile (which translates to: practical solutions backed by a visionary edge, she fuses high-end craft with playfulness and myth. Through her empathic investigations, she creates new formats for gathering our hidden resources into the positive future - working best where unconventional materials, human perception, and mundane reality collide. Always keeping a healthy dose of dakini humor to navigate the absurd.
